This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered by Maite Co. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or there are delays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping methods, which may include standard and, where available, expedited options. The available methods and costs:

- May vary based on your delivery address, order size, and carrier options.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical estimates after order processing include:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:
- The carrier used;
- Your tracking number (if available);
- A link to track your shipment.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time, please contact us at support@maitecompany.com.
5. Shipping Destinations
5.1 Domestic Shipping
We ship to most addresses within the United States. Certain restrictions may apply to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations, depending on the carrier.
5.2 International Shipping
If international shipping is available, the following may apply:
- Additional shipping fees;
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by local authorities;
- Longer transit and processing times.
Customs and Import Fees: Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in the destination country. Maite Co. does not control these charges and is not responsible for any additional costs once the package has left our warehouse. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may:
- Offer to reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply); or
- Provide a refund for the product cost, excluding shipping fees, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Maite Co. is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@maitecompany.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
Maite Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received the package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management;
- Look around your delivery area;
- Contact the carrier directly for more details.
If you still cannot locate your package, you may contact us at support@maitecompany.com and we will do our best to assist you. However, resolution may be limited if the carrier confirms delivery.
8. Damaged Packages and Items
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product inside, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of:
- The outer packaging;
- The shipping label;
- The damaged item(s).
- Contact us at support@maitecompany.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number;
- A description of the damage;
- The photos described above.
We will review the case and may offer a replacement, a partial or full refund, or request that the item be returned, depending on the situation. Please keep all packaging and damaged items until your case is resolved.
9. Order Cancellations and Changes
We strive to process orders quickly, which means there may be a limited window to cancel or change your order before it ships.
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@maitecompany.com with your order number and request. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.
If cancellation is not possible, you may be able to return the item according to our Refund Policy.
